Information we process

We process account details, meeting settings, member chat, subscription state, payment references, and necessary security logs. Guests may join without an account. Audio and video are transported through the live media service.

Ad click records

Ad click logs record the placement site, time, language, device type and approximate country, region and city. Signed-in member IDs link advertisers to the public profile for Follow and Contact Me. Detailed logs are available only to the advertiser and administrators, not public ad lists. We do not store raw IP addresses or precise location in ad logs.

Meeting and chat retention

A chat room is created with each meeting and retained while the host trial or subscription is active. When access expires, the meeting, chat history, recordings, and attachments are automatically removed from database and object storage.

Your controls

Hosts can choose unlisted meetings and add a password. Members can update their profile and contact us to request data access or deletion.

International use

The service may process data across countries and follows applicable sanctions and export restrictions. Access from Iran and North Korea is currently blocked.
